The version you ship is rarely the file the studio actually used. So the recipe is the education. We open the working file because the layered PSD teaches more than the final still. We name the layers. We ship the smart objects. We don't hide the working version behind a paywall.

A new drop lands most Fridays — sometimes a single working file, sometimes a full volume. Subscribers see drops a day before they go public. If you own a previous volume, every future update is free.
