The short answers

Can I use the files for client work?

Yes — every paid asset ships with an open commercial license. Build with it, sell the work, scale it to a billboard. The only thing we ask is that you don't repackage the files themselves and resell them as a competing pack.

Do I get future updates?

Always. Buy Vol I once and every future volume in that line is yours. We treat updates as part of the original purchase, not a new product.

Refunds?

Because every file is downloadable immediately, we don't refund by default — but if something is genuinely broken, or you bought by mistake within 24 hours, write to support@foundesign.com and we'll sort it.

Can you make something custom for me?

Sometimes — depending on scope and our schedule. Drop us a note describing what you need. We'll be honest about whether it's something we can take on.

Why do I need to sign in to download a free file?

So you can come back to it. Sign-in attaches the file to your account — every free download lives in your downloads tab forever. We don't email you, we don't sell anything — sign-in is purely so the free file is always one click away later.
